Responsibilities:
· Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom.
· Provide comprehensive information about jewelry pieces, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions.
· Assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their preferences and needs.
· Efficiently handle sales transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
· Stay up-to-date on new jewelry designs, trends, and promotions.
· Assist with stock audits, tagging, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
· Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
