Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom. - Provide comprehensive information about jewelry pieces, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions. - Assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their preferences and needs. - Efficiently handle sales transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. - Stay up-to-date on new jewelry designs, trends, and promotions. - Assist with stock audits, tagging, and maintaining accurate inventory records. - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
