Role Overview
We are looking for a Counter Sales Associate who will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them understand and choose the right insurance and financial solutions. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Insurance Sales/Marketing, Finance, and General Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers with travel insurance and related product inquiries.
Explain product features, benefits, and policies in a clear and convincing manner.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by promoting insurance and financial products.
Maintain accurate customer records and handle documentation for policy issuance.
Provide support in claims, renewals, and other customer service activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in:
Insurance Sales/Marketing
Sales (must-have)
Finance (must-have)
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Comfortable working on-site in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Notice period: up to 30 days.
