Role Overview: As a Counselor (Tele Calling) at Amity University in Hyderabad, your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective students and their families over the phone. You will provide detailed information about academic programs, address any inquiries they may have, guide them through the admissions process, and maintain accurate records of all interactions. Collaborating with the admissions team, you will play a crucial role in achieving departmental goals and meeting enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective students and their families via phone calls to provide information about academic programs - Guide candidates through the admissions process and address any queries they may have - Follow up on inquiries and maintain accurate records of all interactions - Support candidates in making informed educational decisions - Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve departmental goals and meet enrollment targets Qualifications: - Strong communication, interpersonal, and telecalling skills to effectively engage with students and their families - Customer service and relationship management capabilities aimed at guiding candidates with professionalism and empathy - Organization and record-keeping skills for maintaining accurate records of interactions and updating admissions databases - Proficiency in using telecommunication tools, CRM software, and other relevant technology platforms - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a focus on achieving admission targets - Prior experience in student counseling, admissions, or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory - A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; a Master's degree or additional certifications in counseling or marketing is an advantage,
