Counselors- Immigrations

You will be joining Guru Kirpa Immigration & Education as a Telecounselor - Immigration on a full-time basis at our Mohali district office. Your primary responsibility will involve reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls, informing them about our immigration services, addressing their queries, and arranging consultations. Along with this, you will play a crucial role in nurturing client connections, updating their information, and ensuring their satisfaction with our offerings. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional verbal communication skills and have a knack for building strong interpersonal relationships. Your ability to manage tasks efficiently, utilize CRM tools effectively, and handle phone conversations will be key to your success. Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales will be advantageous, and basic knowledge of immigration procedures and documents will be a plus. Being fluent in English and local languages, having a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, and being able to work both independently and collaboratively are essential requirements for this position.
