Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor specializing in UPSC preparation, located in Bhopal. The Counselor will be responsible for providing one-on-one mentorship, assisting students with course material, resolving doubts, guiding students through their preparation plans, and offering motivational support. Daily tasks include maintaining student records, tracking progress, conducting sessions, and helping students set and achieve their academic goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the UPSC syllabus and exam pattern
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in mentorship, counseling, or teaching
• Ability to handle administrative tasks and student records
• Motivational skills and the ability to inspire and engage students
• Proficiency in creating and managing preparation plans
• Experience with educational technology and online teaching platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred

Requirements: A laptop is mandatory for this role.
