Counselor - Sales - International Education

Role Overview: As a Sales Expert and Counselor in the International Education department at Mohan Estate, South Delhi, your main responsibility will be to provide student counseling, study abroad sales, and test-prep advisory. You will be expected to build and manage a strong sales pipeline, convert leads, meet/exceed monthly targets, make outbound calls, guide students/parents through the international admissions process, promote Premium Admission Consulting and Test-Prep services, upsell and cross-sell relevant offerings, ensure compliance and documentation, maintain post-sales support, handle escalations, and ensure 100% client satisfaction.
