Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Female Counselor to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 3 lakhs of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide expert counseling services to students and parents on various educational options.
Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
Conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as career development and academic success.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement new programs and initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and reports of counseling sessions and student progress.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in counseling or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of the education industry, including trends and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with female students and parents, focusing on their needs and concerns.
