Job Description: Tele Caller cum Counselor for English Institute Job Title: Tele Caller cum Counselor Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Caller cum Counselor to join our English Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling students, and providing information about our English language courses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate Leads: Make outbound calls to potential students, introduce our English language courses, and generate leads. 2. Counsel Students: Provide counseling to students and parents, answer queries, and help them choose the right course. 3. Provide Information: Share information about our courses, fees, duration, and benefits. 4. Follow-up: Follow up with interested students, address their concerns, and convert leads into admissions. 5. Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions. 6. Meet Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions. Requirements: 1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Counseling Skills: Ability to counsel students and parents effectively. 3. Sales Experience: Prior experience in telesales or counseling is preferred. 4. Knowledge of English Language Courses: Familiarity with English language courses and training programs is an advantage. 5.
