Job Summary

The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients/students, helping them understand available services, resolving their queries, and assisting them in making informed decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel clients/students regarding available programs, services, or products.

Understand the client’s needs and guide them toward suitable options.

Maintain records of counseling sessions and client details.

Handle queries through phone calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.

Assist clients with application, documentation, or enrollment processes.

Follow up with clients to ensure they complete required steps.

Provide accurate information about company offerings, policies, and benefits.

Coordinate with internal teams for client support.

Meet daily/weekly counseling and conversion targets.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude during interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum education: Graduate (Any stream).

Good communication skills (Hindi/English).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).

Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate assistance.

Patient, empathetic, and good listener.

Prior experience as a counselor (preferred but not mandatory).
