Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor, located in Jalandhar. The Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized education counseling services, helping students make informed decisions about their study abroad options. Daily tasks include assessing student profiles, recommending suitable programs and institutions, guiding students through the application process, and assisting with visa counseling and processing. The Counselor will also liaise with international education institutions and maintain productive relationships with students and their families.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling, guiding, and advisory skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficient in assessing student profiles and recommending educational programs
• Knowledge of visa procedures, application processes, and international education systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
