About the Role:

Sales cum Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries regarding the institute's aesthetic courses.
Counsel prospective students (doctors and non-doctors) about available programs, course structure, and benefits.
Follow up on leads, maintain inquiry databases, and convert inquiries into admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth admission operations.
Maintain excellent customer service standards and represent the institute professionally.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and sales targets.
Assist with organizing orientation sessions and promotional events when required.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred background: healthcare, beauty, wellness, or related fields).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a passion for sales and client interaction.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
