Counsel students and parents about automation career opportunities, course curriculum, duration, fees, placement records, and industry demand. Conduct career guidance sessions (one-on-one and group) highlighting the scope of PLC, SCADA, Robotics, and Industry 4.0 jobs. Explain technical course content in simple, student-friendly language (no deep technical knowledge required — training will be provided). Achieve monthly admission targets while maintaining quality of students. Follow up with leads through calls, SMS, and WhatsApp in a systematic manner (CRM usage). Build long-term relationships with students and parents for referrals and testimonials. Coordinate with the technical team for demo classes and workshop arrangements. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM software. Assist in organizing seminars, college visits, industrial visits, and career fairs. Ensure 100% collection of fees as per institute policy.
