Understand client concerns and guide them towards the right solutions (tarot reading / spells / healing services). Handle client calls & messages with patience, confidentiality, and compassion. Support clients during emotional breakdowns, anxiety, heartbreak, or confusion. Maintain smooth communication between the client and Osheen Ma’am. Help clients feel safe, heard and understood. ✨ Who We Are Looking For Someone with a calm personality and excellent communication skills. Must be emotionally stable, mature, and good at handling sensitive conversations. Background in psychology or counselling is preferred but not mandatory. Should be a quick learner who believes in spirituality, healing and emotional wellness.
