Patient Counselling

• Counsel patients and their attendants about diagnosis, treatment options, and surgical procedures.
• Explain hospital packages, insurance procedures, and billing details clearly.
• Address patient concerns and provide emotional support when needed.
• To ensure correct and complete data entry of each and every patient counselled by you.
• Follow up with patients regarding post-treatment or surgery. Minimum three follow up calls are necessary. Before closing the follow up activities, final remarks must be filled in IHMS.

3. Administrative Duties

• Maintain records of daily patient flow and feedback.
• Coordinate with billing and front desk for smooth discharge and admission processes.
• Support hospital management in ensuring overall patient satisfaction and service quality.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Knowledge of different eye disease and their treatment procedure as well as different treatment packages available in the hospitals.
• Empathy and patience when dealing with patients
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Basic computer proficiency
• Fluency in English and Hindi
