Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform
retinal surgeries
including vitrectomy, retinal detachment repair, and diabetic retinopathy management.
Conduct
phacoemulsification (Phaco) cataract surgeries
with excellent surgical outcomes.
Diagnose and manage medical retina conditions such as ARMD, DME, and vein occlusions.
Conduct
OCT, FFA, laser procedures
(PRP, focal laser, etc.) as required.
Attend to
OPD patients
, conduct pre- and post-operative evaluations.
Collaborate with other ophthalmologists and clinical staff for comprehensive patient management.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Participate in
CMEs, training programs, and clinical audits
.
Ensure patient satisfaction and uphold hospital protocols and ethical standards.
