Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-oriented Counsellors for one of our reputed clients in the Education sector. The role involves promoting management programs such as Online/Distance/Executive MBA. As a Counsellor, you will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing program details, guiding them through the admission process, and ensuring successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students about Online/Distance/Executive MBA programs.
• Nurture and follow up on leads generated through various sources.
• Address queries regarding program features, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes.
• Guide candidates through the admission process until closure.
• Maintain proper records of student interactions and conversions.
• Achieve admission/enrollment targets within given timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills in Vernacular, Hindi, and English.
• Strong persuasion and closing skills.
• Prior experience (1–3 years) in educational counseling, sales, or marketing preferred.
• Background in Education or Psychology is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
