Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable Counsellor with a strong background in dermatology, trichology, cosmetology, and aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate will educate clients about laser treatments, skin rejuvenation procedures, PRP therapy, hair restoration, acne treatments, chemical peels, hydrafacials, and anti-aging procedures, ensuring a high-quality consultation and seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional consultations for skin and hair treatments.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable aesthetic procedures (Laser, PRP, Peels, Botox, Fillers, etc.).
• Explain treatment plans, benefits, and post-care in detail.
• Convert walk-in and telephonic enquiries into confirmed clients.
• Coordinate with dermatologists and technicians to ensure smooth treatment flow.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly for retention and upselling.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in cosmetic dermatology, hair transplant techniques, and skincare technology.
• Achieve monthly conversion and revenue targets.
• Ensure excellent client satisfaction and promote repeat visits.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetology, Aesthetic Science, Biotechnology, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in dermatology clinic / cosmetic clinic / laser centre / aesthetic industry.
• Strong knowledge of skin and hair care treatments, including PRP, Mesotherapy, Laser Hair Reduction, HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, and Anti-Aging Solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills.
• Customer-centric, professional, and confident personality.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; other languages are an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
