Costing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare product-wise cost sheets including raw material, labour, overheads, and packaging costs.
• Work closely with the finance and production teams to update cost structures.
• Conduct Standard Costing vs Actual Costing Analysis to identify variances and their root causes.
• Provide costing support for pricing decisions, tenders, and new product development.
• Identify opportunities for cost control and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain and update inventory records in inventory management system.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align inventory with operational needs.
• Prepare Inventory Valuation Reports.

Skills :

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory management and cost analysis (preferably in manufacturing).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Efficiently handles multiple tasks, meets deadlines, and prioritizes reporting schedules.

• Strong problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
