Key Responsibilities: Prepare product-wise cost sheets including raw material, labour, overheads, and packaging costs. Work closely with the finance and production teams to update cost structures. Conduct Standard Costing vs Actual Costing Analysis to identify variances and their root causes. Provide costing support for pricing decisions, tenders, and new product development. Identify opportunities for cost control and efficiency improvements. Maintain and update inventory records in inventory management system. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align inventory with operational needs. Prepare Inventory Valuation Reports. Skills : 2–4 years of experience in inventory management and cost analysis (preferably in manufacturing). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Strong analytical and numerical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Efficiently handles multiple tasks, meets deadlines, and prioritizes reporting schedules.
