Cost Estimator (Male Candidates Only)

We are actively hiring for the role of "Estimator or Cost Estimator".

US Shift Timing: 5 PM to 2 AM

Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

• Review project requests and customer-submitted information (photos, measurements, notes) to prepare accurate and detailed estimates.
• Calculate labor, material, and equipment costs for painting and home improvement services, including drywall, carpentry, flooring, and power washing.
• Use internal tools and databases to generate cost estimates and proposals aligned with company pricing standards.
• Deliver client-ready estimates within 24 hours of assignment, ensuring transparency and consistency.
• Communicate with project managers and coordinators to clarify scope, review drawings or plans, and confirm project specifics.
• Adjust estimates as needed based on updated information or scope changes.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates, revisions, and assumptions in CRM or project management systems.
• Support continuous improvement of pricing tools, cost databases, and estimation processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 years of experience in cost estimating within

  painting

  , construction, or home improvement sectors.
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial painting services, including surface prep and finishing standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet; experience with estimation tools or Blue Beam platforms is a plus.
• High attention to detail with the ability to interpret project specs, photos, and dimensions remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present and explain estimates clearly.
• Ability to work independently and meet quick turnaround times in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Prior remote work experience and strong time management skills preferred.
