Cost Engineer

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for cost estimation in EPC projects related to Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Cryogenics, and Fertilizers. Your role will involve analyzing tender requirements, coordinating with subject matter experts, preparing proposal outlines, and producing compliant and persuasive responses. Additionally, you will track and manage success metrics for the proposal process and exercise full responsibility for complex PSU & Private sector proposals within proposal submission timelines. - Analyze tender (RFP) requirements and prepare proposal outlines - Coordinate with subject matter experts to produce compliant responses - Track and manage success metrics for the proposal process - Prepare risk analysis matrix for management approval - Conduct cost estimation and cost analysis using first principles - Coordinate proposal efforts with various departments and external stakeholders - Prepare project cash flow and follow up with clients for clarifications - Coordinate with engineering departments for technical inputs - Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management from a recognized university - Good command of English, both written and spoken - Strong presentation skills in English, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Strong organizational, coordination, planning, and interface skills - Ability to work well with diverse teams in a fast-changing environment,
