Cost Controller

About the Role:
PINCODE Hotels is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Cost Controller to manage hotel budgets, control operational costs, and improve profitability across our properties. If you have experience in hospitality finance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor hotel operating costs and budgets
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts
• Analyze variances and recommend actions
• Collaborate with F&B, procurement, and finance teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years in cost control (preferably in hotels or hospitality)
• Strong Excel & reporting skills; ERP knowledge is a plus
• Organized, analytical, and hospitality-focused
