Cost Controller / MOU Manager

We want experienced professionals for long-term contract roles at Dahej / Nagothane :- / Experience 15-20 yrs • Preparation of project cost forecast and cost trend analysis.• Maintain schedules and keep project resources on track.• Preparation of Cost Planning, Cost Estimation, Construction Billing Schedule, Control Budget, Cashflow, Flash report on profitability analysis• Preparation of Budget, Project cost Report, Change order management.• Aiding for the preparation of cost estimation of EPC/LSTK projects.• Preparing inputs for Vendor/subcontractor rate negotiation, preparation of work order with conditions of Contract• Provide regular briefings to the Project Manager and Head Office, presenting project financials, cost overrun / saving issues and concerns.• Prepare and process project change order and track schedule change, assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly review reports by management and participate in the project close-out phase. :• Bachelor's Degree (BE/B-Tech) in any discipline (Preferably

Mechanical)
• Postgraduate from NICMAR will be preferred and CCP certification

would be highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience, including at least 2 years in a costing engineer • Excellent communication skills, command in both written and spoken English.• Experience in large-scale oil/gas and petrochemical capital projects (Process Plant / Pipeline) and turnarounds.• In-depth experience in construction planning, cost control,

estimating, budget preparation.
• Proficiency in MS office is a must.• Experience in working with latest software tools such as SAP, CostOS, EcoSYS will be desirable.• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, particularly in the
