Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed
product cost sheets
(including raw material, labor, and overhead costs) for various LED products (bulbs, panels, streetlights, etc.)
Maintain and update
BOM costing
, ensuring accurate material and process cost tracking
Perform
variance analysis
(standard vs. actual) and identify cost-saving opportunities
Monitor
inventory valuation
of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; ensure timely stock reconciliation
Work closely with production, procurement, and R&D teams for real-time cost tracking
Assist in
budgeting and forecasting
related to production and procurement
Support month-end
MIS reports
and cost center analysis for management review
Ensure compliance with
cost audit requirements
and statutory reporting
Support internal and statutory
audits
with accurate cost records and documentation

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification
: CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) qualified or semi-qualified (ICWA)
4-5 years of experience in
costing for a manufacturing company
(preferably electronics/LED)
Strong understanding of
standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory control
Proficiency in
ERP systems
(SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime) and
Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Knowledge of
BOM structure
, costing techniques, and manufacturing processes
Strong analytical and communication skills
