Vendor coordination involves daily follow-ups with vendors, vendor development activities, and conducting vendor audits. System proficiency includes preparing purchase orders, utilizing ERP-SAP for material requirement planning, and controlling inventory effectively. Safety is a crucial aspect of the role, with responsibilities including attending to plant safety requirements and following ISO 45001 practices. Key competencies required for the role include exposure to imports and exports, commercial and taxation concepts, and knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, customs, and foreign trade procedures. Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner. Ensure that inventory items are stored properly and issued in FIFO rotation to minimize wastage and spoilage. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals for utility, industrial, and infrastructure customers. This is an in-office role based in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: 1. Proposal & Offer Preparation: Study customer specifications and tender documents related to Substation Automation (IEC 61850-based systems, RTUs, HMIs, SCADA). Prepare techno-commercial offers including BOMs, solution architectures, and cost sheets. Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams for pricing and technical clarifications. 2. Customer Communication: Interact with customers via email/phone to understand exact technical requirements. Provide pre-bid clarifications, deviations, and compliance statements. 3.
