Cost Accountant

You are a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Accountant with a CMA certification and 2 years of experience in cost accounting. Your primary responsibilities will include cost analysis, variance analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with cost accounting standards. You will analyze costs of raw materials, labor, and overhead to ensure accurate cost allocation and control. Additionally, you will perform standard cost variance analysis, prepare detailed cost reports, assist in budgeting and forecasting, ensure compliance with internal procedures, and support audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP is a must to manage and analyze large datasets efficiently. You are required to have a certification in Cost Management Accounting (CMA), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, in-depth knowledge of costing methodologies and financial reporting, hands-on experience in cost variance analysis, profitability analysis, and reporting, and an excellent command of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule located in Bhubaneswar, Orissa.
