Job Description

Role Overview: As a Corrections & Removals Specialist at Philips, you will play a crucial role in coordinating correction and removal (C&R) file documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and executing necessary improvements to uphold product safety and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include evaluating C&R activities, monitoring key performance indicators, executing product recalls, supporting audits, and analyzing product complaints to recommend appropriate corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the creation and completion of correction and removal (C&R) file documentation, ensuring comprehensive preparation and timely responses to requirements. - Evaluate C&R activities and provide timely information for informed decision-making and effective management of product-related issues. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to corrections and removals, ensuring accurate tracking of metrics. - Review and submit relevant communication to competent authorities or regulatory agencies, conveying vital information related to product safety concerns. - Execute product recalls and field actions, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders. - Support audits and inspections related to Correction & Removal requests by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations. - Implement corrective actions, maintain awareness of customer feedback, and incorporate insights into action plans for continuous enhancement. - Examine and analyze product complaints and adverse event reports to recommend appropriate corrective actions. - Utilize a working understanding of relevant global regulations to execute correction and removal tasks efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Medical Sciences, Healthcare Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. - Minimum 4 years of experience in Pharma, IVD, Medical Device, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Clinical Research, or equivalent with Vocational Education.
