Corporate Trainer

Job Purpose:

To design, develop, and deliver effective training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across all departments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs by collaborating with department heads and analysing skill gaps across departments (Sales, Marketing, Production, Operations, HR, Finance, Warehouse, Distribution, etc.).
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training modules tailored to FMCG operations, regulatory requirements, product knowledge, sales techniques, supply chain processes, and organisational culture.
• Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions (classroom, on-the-job, virtual, and blended learning) for all levels of employees – from workers to senior management.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, on-the-job performance, and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain a robust training calendar ensuring periodic and need-based training coverage.
• Build strong rapport with trainees to ensure active participation, motivation, and behavioural change post-training.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, and visual aids aligned with FMCG industry standards and company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements related to employee capability building.
• Maintain accurate records of training attendance, assessments, and progress for audits and management review.
• Drive induction programs for new joiners to ensure seamless onboarding and cultural integration.
• Continuously upgrade self on latest FMCG industry trends, training techniques, and learning technologies to enhance training delivery.
• Support HR and management in performance improvement initiatives, employee engagement, and change management processes.

Pay: ₹22,240.83 - ₹92,550.17 per month
