§ Create awareness on prevention of sexual harassment of women at the Workplace for employees (both virtually and in person) § Training for internal committee members on investigation procedure § Participating in the hearing and decision making of complaints addressed to the Internal Committee (IC) in case of an incident of sexual harassment & maintaining the related document, minutes of meeting, recommendations, submission of detailed report to the management. § Providing updates on legal filings and amendments of the POSH Act to the internal committee members § Maintaining statutory compliance
