Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Trainer located in Noida. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on CAD, CAM, and engineering design software. Day-to-day tasks include developing training materials, conducting training sessions, assessing trainees' progress, providing feedback, and updating course content as needed. The Corporate Trainer will also collaborate with other team members to customize training solutions and ensure trainees are well-prepared for their professional careers. Qualifications Proficiency in CAD, CAM, and engineering design software Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions Ability to assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to collaborate with team members and customize training solutions Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field Experience in the training or education sector is a plus Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping others succeed
