Corporate Trainer - AWS

Job Description: We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable AWS Trainers who are eager to learn, grow, and deliver impactful training across various AWS tracks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AWS Developer, AWS Machine Learning, and/or AWS Data Engineering domains, with a strong ability to communicate concepts clearly to learners of all levels. This is a full-time, remote role that involves occasional travel and requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts to accommodate global learners and training schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on AWS Developer, AWS Machine Learning, and AWS Data Engineering

. Design and customize training programs based on learner needs. Provide hands-on labs, real-world use cases, and project-based learning.

Support learners with doubts, assessments, and career guidance. Keep up with AWS updates and industry trends to ensure content relevance.

Collaborate with internal teams for course enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AWS with specific focus on: o AWS Developer tools and practices o AWS Machine Learning services (SageMaker, Rekognition, etc.) o AWS Data Engineering tools (Glue, Redshift, Athena, etc.)

• Must hold an AWS Architecting Certification (Associate or Professional).

• AWS Authorized Instructor (AAI) certification is mandatory or willingness to obtain.

• Strong practical knowledge of core AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for teaching and mentoring professionals in a structured training environment.
