Job Description

We’re hiring: Sales & outreach strategist @ Swift Struck. I’m Alaap, founder of Swift Struck, an agency that helps businesses turn their messy workflows into tailor-made, beautiful and intelligent software, in 3 weeks. We’re not chasing volume, we’re chasing clarity. That means understanding what people actually need, and showing them that we can help. We are looking for someone sharp and curious with great interpersonal skills. Someone who can think on their feet and help us grow by building genuine, human connections.

Key Responsibilities

Learn what we build, who we build for, and why it matters.
Research and identify people or companies facing problems we can solve.
Write personalized outreach messages across email, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, not templates.
Help shape our content strategy (think posts, threads, and short stories that attract the right audience).
Build small, repeatable systems for tracking and follow-ups, clean, efficient, and personal.
Work closely with the team to test, tweak, and improve every outreach process.
