Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities for a Corporate Manager Tata Motors Car Showroom

Drive showroom and corporate sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Develop and implement strategies to boost sales volume and market share.
Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with new and existing corporate clients.
Ensure excellent customer relationship management and handle escalations effectively.
Supervise and motivate sales and support teams to achieve performance goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and arrange training sessions for staff.
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Oversee daily operations of the showroom for smooth functioning.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets.
Ensure compliance with Tata Motors policies, processes, and quality standards.
Prepare and present sales and performance reports to senior management.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to audit requirements.
