Job Description

Job Title: Corporate Sales Location: Kolkata Reports To: Sales Head Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive BD strategy, manage sales pipeline, and acquire new key accounts. Lead sales bids for high-value clients. Sales Performance Management: Set and cascade sales targets, improve team productivity, and ensure sales process adherence. Sales Reporting: Track progress, conduct reviews, resolve issues, and ensure timely reporting. Leadership: Provide team leadership, conduct performance evaluations, and drive incentive plans. Qualifications: Education: MBA or equivalent Experience: 2-3 years in sales, preferably in a service industry Skills: Strong sales record, analytical abilities, multitasking, and goal-driven Desired Attributes: Result-oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing environments and work under pressure.
