We are leading organized Car rental and hire service organization for top Retail, BFSI, Digital platforms, Pharma domain Vendor Our cab services operate in GOA, KARNATAKA, TAMILNADU & HYDERABAD About the Role: The individual will be responsible for engaging with outstation cab vendor accounts and corporate supply partners operating across India, they will be expected to drive supply participation in key charters and product features, while taking ownership of core vendor quality KPIs. A critical aspect of the role involves close collaborations with corporate key account managers (KAM) to ensure seamless alignment and execution additional this role requires on-ground travel to meet partners, gather insights, and incorporate feedback to enhance supply performance and partner experience Qualifications & Experience: 5-10 years of experience with relevant experience with a bachelor's degree Preferred candidate with prior experience in Key account management, contracting, B2B sales, Business development Open to travel and hands-on execution mindset Strong analytical ability, comfortable working with numbers and data Proficiency in Ms-excel, PowerPoint and drawing insights Excellent communication in English, Hindi, Kannada or Tamil Roles and Responsibilities Manage key accounts by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to grow existing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop targeted campaigns that drive revenue growth. Analyze account performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality services to clients while meeting their evolving needs& engage in partners on negotiations with healthy margins
