Corporate Sales- General Insurance

As a Corporate Sales / Business Development professional in General Insurance, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Ensuring the successful achievement of business targets by identifying clients, generating business, and developing them to achieve profitability. - Turning around and enhancing values through process improvements, focusing on sales and best practice identification and implementation. - Having a clear understanding of customer needs, market trends, and defining a digital strategy that considers these aspects. - Being responsible for defining and developing improvement opportunities across customer experience and digitally native capabilities. - Maintaining and elevating the Company's reputation by representing the organization at key industry events. - Preparing reports for the executive team on key business opportunities, risks, and requirements. - Undertaking sales of other products/services offered at the Group level. - Coordinating with clients on all fronts, including handholding for claim settlement. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA in Marketing & Insurance from a recognized university. - Certification with Associate of Insurance & Fellowship of Insurance / Insurance Institute of India will be preferred. - Good understanding of Corporate Insurance General Insurance. - Knowledge about Microsoft Office. - 7+ years of experience in Broking House, General Insurance, and corporate sales. - Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines. - Strong communication and client management skills.,
