As a Video Counselor at PlanetSpark, you will play a crucial role in engaging parents or adult learners through personalized video counseling sessions. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed sessions to address concerns and guide decision-makers towards enrolling in our programs. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to final conversion and enrollment.
