About the job: Job Title: Inside International Sales Executive Company: Galactic Client Services Location: AIHP Tower, 249 Wing A, Ground Floor, Phase IV, Gurugram, Haryana 122015 Industry: BPO / International Sales Department: Sales - US Market Job Type: Full-Time|Work from Office/Onsite Job Summary: Galactic Client Services is seeking dynamic and target-driven Inside International Sales Executives to join our night shift outbound sales team. This role involves consulting potential customers in the US market, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals in a high-performance, voice-based international BPO environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients in the US market. 2. Present company services confidently and persuasively. 3. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis. 4. Handle objections and close deals effectively over the phone. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems. 6. Work collaboratively with team members and managers to enhance performance and achieve company goals. Eligibility Criteria: 1. Experience: 1 year of experience in an International BPO (Outbound Sales - US Market mandatory) 2. Language: Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written) 3. Gender: Male & Female (Both) Age Limit: 18 to 35 years Work Details: Shift Timing: 07:00 PM to 04:30 AM (Night Shift) Working Days: Monday to Friday Alternate Saturdays off during probation After probation: Saturdays & Sundays off Salary & Benefits: Salary: Up to 45,000/- per month (based on experience and interview performance) Benefits Include: 1.
