Job Description


About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Define and execute monthly and quarterly online sales plans for Sansui's website and integrated channels. 2. Own daily sales tracking, stock management, pricing, and promotional strategies. 3. Plan and execute digital sales events, product launches, and limited-time campaigns. 4. Monitor and improve key sales funnel metrics such as traffic, CTR, ATC, checkout, and conversion rates. 5. Collaborate with UI/UX, content, and media teams to optimize product pages and landing experiences. 6. Continuously A/B test offers, creatives, and checkout flows to improve purchase behavior. 7. Coordinate with D2C platform teams (Shopify, logistics partners, payment providers, etc.) to ensure frictionless buyer journeys. 8. Manage listings across websites and channel partners, if part of the roadmap. 9. Identify and onboard affiliate, aggregator, and deal-based channels to extend reach. 10. Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and trends to forecast demand. 11. Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign-specific reports with actionable insights. 12. Build dashboards to track and share progress across leadership.
