About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Connect with potential customers, dealers, and distributors to establish the market for company products and convert leads into orders 2. Inform plant teams about supply requirements for effective production planning 3. Follow up on payments with customers 4. Visit markets regularly to identify new potential customers 5. Prepare monthly sales plan 6. Track monthly payments and maintain records 7. Compile and prepare data for MIS and MRM on a periodic basis 8. Create monthly schedules and enter them into ERP software 9. Ensure achievement of annual sales targets 10. Stay updated on the latest marketing techniques, technologies, and best practices Requirements: 1. Demonstrate strong documentation skills 2. Possess effective liasoning abilities 3. Apply solid negotiation skills 4.
