Sales Executive Online ATV & Off-Road Vehicle SalesWe are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can manage online leads, customer conversations, and digital sales operations.The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting online inquiries into sales, managing customer communication over calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms, and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead to delivery.This role is ideal for someone who loves automotive products, high-ticket sales, and digital customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

  • Lead Management & Follow-Up:
  • Handle & respond to all online inquiries from website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, Facebook, YouTube, IndiaMART, etc.
  • Maintain CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the right ATV model.
  • Sales Conversion:
  • Convert online leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Share quotations, product videos, spec sheets, and pricing.
  • Negotiate professionally and close high-ticket deals.
  • Customer Communication:
  • Maintain fast, professional, and clear communication.
  • Provide complete product knowledge like engine types, warranty, service, spare parts, delivery timeline, etc.
  • Handle objections related to price, quality, service, logistics, and support.
  • Digital Sales Operations:
  • Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and logistics teams for customer orders.
  • Manage WhatsApp catalog, product descriptions, and digital brochures.
  • Support the marketing team to create sales-oriented content.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
  • Ensure every customer receives excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Maintain a 5-star customer experience.
  • Resolve complaints or queries quickly.
