Corporate Sales Coordinator – Manufacturing (Immediate Joiner)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries.
• Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via calls and emails.
• Sales Support: Provide timely and accurate quotations, product information, and order updates to customers.
• Customer Needs Analysis
• ERP Handling: Manage sales data, quotations, and order tracking using ERP systems.
• Order Coordination: Work closely with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with clients for feedback, repeat orders, and upselling opportunities.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and transactions.
• Internal Liaison: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and quality teams to address client needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong command over CRM and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred
