Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through lead generation, new client acquisition, and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with key decision-makers in the BFSI industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet clients' needs and drive growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-10 years of experience in b2b sales or corporate sales within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
  • Strong understanding of the BFSI sector, including insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
