About the job: We are a leading provider of managed and flexible office spaces, offering fully serviced workspaces tailored to the dynamic needs of modern businesses. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales manager to drive sales and occupancy for our managed office spaces. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the commercial real estate landscape, strong networking skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local real estate brokers and international property consultants (IPCs). Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive revenue and occupancy for assigned managed office properties by generating and closing leads 2. Identify and develop new business opportunities through active outreach and relationship-building 3. Meet regularly with local commercial real estate brokers and IPCs to promote our offerings and generate qualified leads 4. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and maintain accurate sales forecasting 5. Conduct site tours and presentations for prospective clients, highlighting workspace features and customized solutions 6. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop targeted campaigns and ensure a seamless client experience 7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide strategic input and remain competitive 8. Negotiate and close lease/license agreements in alignment with company policies 9. Represent the brand at industry events, broker meets, and networking sessions to enhance visibility and business potential What we offer: 1. Self-starter with a target-driven and customer-oriented mindset 5. Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office tools 6.
