Your primary role will be to connect with potential clients over the phone, introduce them to our diverse range of web, digital marketing, and branding services, and arrange meetings to move discussions forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain the company’s services (including website development, SEO, digital marketing, branding, and business awards).
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of Webpulse & Brand Empower, addressing client needs and queries.
• Arrange meetings (physical or virtual) between clients and relevant company departments.
• Coordinate schedules and logistics for meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal teams.
• Maintain and update client information, call records, and meeting follow-ups in the CRM.
• Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams to deliver tailored service pitches and proposals.
• Provide regular feedback to the team on market trends, client concerns, and competitive activities.
