Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to present our products, address their doubts and questions, and drive conversions.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information/feedback to increase conversion efficiency and improve our products.
• Understand users' pain points and help them understand why they should choose Internshala.
• Participate in team meetings, discuss user feedback with the team, and brainstorm ideas for optimizing the product and services.
