Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Relationship Manager, based in Rohini. The Corporate Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate organizations. Daily tasks include engaging with potential recruiters, arranging corporate tie-ups, planning recruitment events, and identifying industry trends to strengthen collaborations. The role also includes liaising with companies for internship and placement opportunities for students, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and coordinating campus placement activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Business acumen, networking, and ability to develop corporate partnerships
• Experience in client servicing or business development is an asset
• Organizational and planning skills to effectively manage events and recruitment activities
• Proficiency in presentation and negotiation
• Knowledge of industry trends and market demands
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience in education or talent management sectors is an advantage
