1. Identify and pursue new clients interested in buying commercial properties.
2. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. 3. Present and market commercial properties to potential buyers through site tours, meetings, and presentations. 4. Develop and maintain a network of investors, business owners, and commercial developers.
