Job Description

Role Overview: As a State Street Markets Corporate Programs Analyst, Officer, you will work closely with business leaders to implement strategic and tactical initiatives. Your role will involve partnering with technology, operations, and other business partners to deliver products and infrastructure aligned with strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include supporting the business area in meeting Corporate Program requirements, managing, coordinating, and ensuring alignment across Markets for engagements/application and activities, and liaising with key stakeholders to effectively manage risk and build consistency across Markets. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Engagement Manager and Executive Sponsor with corporate risk management program tasks - Ensure State Street Markets compliance with corporate program requirements - Assist Business SMEs and IT Managers in completing ISRMP assessments for new and existing applications - Review preliminary findings, propose paths forward, support timely remediation and closure efforts - Coordinate ongoing monitoring activities for high/very high-risk third-party engagements with Business owners - Coordinate with Information Security Officers (ISOs) and GCS ISRMP Services for issue resolution and workflow progression - Ensure timely documentation and submission of ISRMP and TPRM remediation plans and Archer findings - Maintain accurate records in the Application Inventory Warehouse (AIW) ensuring Business Owner is correctly identified and updated as necessary - Coordinate with other support teams for issue resolution and workflow progression - Ensure timely documentation and submission of corporate programs requirements/assessments and issues - Maintain accurate records in the Application Inventory Warehouse (AIW) ensuring Business Owner is correctly identified and updated as necessary Qualifications Required: - Highly motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment - Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to execute independently - Data analysis driven with strong Excel skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Possesses a customer-centric mindset - Strong financial services sector background/experience in Multi-National Banks preferred (5+ years of experience) - Previous experience with third-party risk management and/or procurement is highly valued - Experience with information and business risk management - Experience with Archer is a plus (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
